…qeep is a winner-type! As of recently, the judges of the “Nokia – Create for Millions”contest know it as well

The contest hosted by Nokia was tough, but we managed to take home an excellent 3rd place against more than 1300 other java and web apps. As you can imagine, we are very proud receiving this award. It doesn’t only reflect our hard work on qeep, but also your enthusiastic support. This can be seen in your active involvement in our community and our statistics: We reached one billion (yes that’s 1.000.000.000) mobile page views – and this refers only to last month.

We want to thank you for all of this – without you, our qeepers, we would have never been able to pull this off! But we don’t want to rest on our success – there are still many things in qeep we want to create for you. Until then, we continue counting on the support of our most important judges: You!

You have always wanted to easily upload pictures from your Android phone’s gallery to your photoblog? Now it’s possible! We have improved qeep for you, so that you can share the best and finest pictures from your gallery with all your friends in qeep. We’ve been asked this by many of you – and finally we had the time to include this.

The new update of qeep also gives you the opportunity to buy q-points quickly and easily via Android Market Billing. Just go to My Account > Add Funds > Android Market (Google). You can then use q-points e.g. to send virtual gifts to your friends or to get prestige points in Darkville.

2012 Brings 12 Million Qeep Users

It’s unbelievable how fast time passes by: Not too long ago we celebrated 11 million users, now we welcome about 12 million qeepers from all around the world! We are incredibly thankful for your support – this is truly a perfect start into 2012

We have also released a little update for you. The Friend Zoo can now be accessed directly from your qeep homepage again, as well as Darkville. Additionally to that, we improved some features on Darkville and added some new ones: You will now be able to view the combat gear of opponents and clan members. In the “Gallery of Evil” you can also check out all the bosses you’ve already defeated.

Holidays are coming closer – thus we’ve worked hard to present you new and exciting features…and the waiting has come to an end: the new qeep game “Darkville” is online

In DARKVILLE you play the role of a young vampire, who has to stand up to his enemies in order to gain power and glory. As a true vampire you also need to be able to defend yourself against werewolves. But intrigues and love stories are involved in the new qeep game as well: for instance, you have to seduce young mortals or instigate a dark conspiracy.

You can ally with your friends or with other players from all over the world to form powerful clans and hold bloody challenges! To play “Darkville”, just visit your qeep homepage or go to the “games”-section. Nothing can stop you from starting your vampire adventure now.

The 31st of October is just around the corner and you know what that means, right? It’s the haunting time of the year: Halloween!

The special day to go trick-or-treating or dress up as your favourite supernatural figure. Maybe you will run into ghosts or ghouls, skeletons or slaughterers, witches or werewolves. Watch it !

Start preparing for Halloween with nice pumpkins and carve some jack-o’-lanterns. If you’re not a fan of Halloween decorations, pumpkins are also suited for cooking and baking. Mmmh…Yummy!
